Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Geo-lift platform ("Service"), operated by LIFTIT INC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geo-lift provides an enterprise geocoding API that converts addresses to geographic coordinates (forward geocoding) and coordinates to addresses (reverse geocoding). The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, SDKs, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of access. You agree not to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, and content, is owned by LIFTIT INC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LIFTIT INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
